The shredder was just received and does not work, what is the reason?

Check whether the shredder box is closed tightly. Our machine has safety protection. If the wastebasket is not closed tightly, it will not work. Please open the wastebasket again, close it again, and check whether the power switch is fully turned on.
The shredder is overheating and stops automatically, how do I fix it?

The shredding time is too long or there is too much paper in. If the machine is too hot and the red light is on, wait 45 min for it to cool down before using it again. Do not use the machine for a long time. Use it for 20 min and then stop for 8 min.
What should I do if the automatic paper feed function does not work or the paper feed is not smooth?

The paper feed rollers may be covered with dust or paper dust. Switch off the power and clean the paper feed tires with a slightly damp cloth to ensure their gripping power.
