Safe Escape Product Replacement

When your Pulse 2 device is used in self-defense, the weapon may be deployed and placed on the ground providing the user with a window of opportunity to get to safety and contact law enforcement. Axon will replace the approved device free of charge. Terms and conditions apply.

  • TASER energy weapons work by firing two pronged darts—propelled by compressed nitrogen. If both darts connect, the TASER device delivers an electrical charge that causes the attacker’s muscles to tighten up, often taking away their ability to move.

  • Pulse 2 is not classified as a firearm, and is therefore subject to fewer restrictions. This provides you with the ability to protect yourself and your loved ones, when a firearm may not be an option.

  • The nitrogen-propelled darts are sharp enough to penetrate most fabrics. Once both darts connect, the circuit is complete and the device delivers a charge that overrides muscle control, giving the user time to escape safely.

  • Yes. Training videos are available at TASER.com.

  • The Battery Light Indicator on your Pulse 2 has three colors:

    • Green (Good Battery)

    • Yellow (Good Battery with 30-85% Charge)

    • Red (Low Battery - Replace)
